Sweetland Engineering prepared a master plan for the 52-acre multi-specialty clinic. The development of this campus included Patton Township rezoning, land development approvals, utility extension designs and NPDES permitting. Phases 1 and 2 had an estimated construction cost of $61M.
 
The project was certified by the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design with GOLD (LEED) Certification Green Building System.

Beaver Stadium Emergency Medical Services

3,400 square feet EMS facility under the Beaver Stadium superstructure to provide widespread medical care to those in need during football games. Sweetland Engineering produced schematic design, design development and construction plans for site civil engineering elements for exterior improvements.
