Land Development and Subdivision

The local municipal land development process can be the most challenging process during a project’s design, because it, unlike following a simple list of regulations, requires convincing a group of individuals to vote favorably for the project. Our team has a proven track record of success in this process with thorough research of regulations, early and honest communication with the municipalities, accurate and timely submissions and well prepared and confident meeting presentations.

  • Pre-submission Coordination Meetings

  • Land Development Plan Preparation

  • Subdivision Plan Preparation

  • Public Meeting Presentations

  • Sewage Planning

  • Zoning Variances

Site Permitting

A successful project involves the owner receiving a finished project which exceeds initial expectations. Our team strives to maintain the focus on that goal by identifying, preparing for and obtaining approvals for all of the permits necessary to reach the project goals while minimizing impacts to design goals and construction schedules.
