Sweetland Engineering & Associates, Inc. (SEA) has been providing professional engineering services to public and private clients for over 35 years through its Land Development and Environmental/Municipal Engineering Departments.  Established in 1970 in State College, Pennsylvania, the firm's initial growth came in the areas of survey, land development, and civil engineering projects.

The Land Development Department services private clients by providing land surveys, land planning, and landscape architecture designs, as well as complete site development design.  The Environmental/ Municipal Services Department provides engineering services to municipalities and other public agencies in specialized areas of environmental and stormwater conveyance and treatment, street design and reconstruction, and sanitary engineering services.  We also offer complete construction inspection/administration and consulting to Boroughs, Townships, and Authorities.
